Ever since, well, makeup started being sold to the masses, it's been hard to find beauty images that represent society as a whole. With white, cisgender, thin, able-bodied, young women acting as the standard of "beauty" for decades, customers who don't fit those traits have been underserved. But thankfully, beauty campaigns are gradually improving by diversifying their casting and imagery to reflect ALL women. 
   Beauty Strike was founded on the principal that Beauty was meant for all skin tones, ages and educational backgrounds while remaining all Natural and Cruelty-Free. Emani grew up in a Mary Kay house and her Mother is a top director who has won numerous cars even the infamous Pink Cadillac. But, as Emani grew older and started taking strides to take the reigns of her mothers Mary Kay Empire she realized the Beauty world was not always inclusive. Emani, started a clothing brand named Polite Society but was not content with that because of her long history within the Beauty Industry. In 2016 Beauty Strike the name was born, which was her first step into building this Beauty Strike empire. The following year in 2017, the Beauty Strike Lip Lab was created. The Beauty Strike Lip Lab is an event that hosts makeup lovers that want to make a custom lip gloss or liquid matte lipstick. The Beauty Strike Lip lab has had exponential growth and has been gearing the brand for a 2018 full launch of a line of Beauty Products. Stay tuned for Beauty Strike's growth in 2018 and beyond.
