WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders are processed within 10 business day to 14 business days due to COVID. Business days are Monday-Friday. Processing time means the time it takes to pick and pack your order. Processing starts when you receive your confirmation email after purchase. BEAUTY STRIKE Example say you order our Rosewater & Glycerin toner, the toner may take 5 business days to process + 3 day shipping = 8 days until your order is received or however long USPS takes to deliver your product due to COVID there are shipping delays including scanning delays.
At this time Beauty Strike does not offer debit or credit back for products or services. However, if we decide to refund a product there is a 25% restock fee that will be taken from your original order. If a product is damaged during shipping please email us with pictures, order number first and last name and phone number to ORDERS@BEAUTYSTRIKE.US so we can come up with a quick solution or credit your account. We do not reimburse for return postage.
Beauty Strike lists all ingredients and includes a strong message upon order that you check for any allergens or ingredients your beautiful body doesn't agree with. We urge upon delivery that your spot test each product before use. The factory our products are made in MAY work with nuts so if you have a nut allergy please do not place an order.
WAS I CHARGED TWICE?
Please only click the “Place Order” button once to avoid multiple authorizations also DO NOT REFRESH while payment is being authorized. If you refresh while checking out you will be charged twice for an order. Usually within 3-5 business days your bank will refund one of the transactions however if you need help speeding up the process, you can contact the issuing bank of your credit card. Beauty Strike does not control or operate bank procedures nor do we keep cards on file.
I GET AN ERROR MESSAGE WHEN I ENTER MY SHIPPING AND BILLING ADDRESSES.
If you are receiving an error message, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address should match exactly what your bank has on file. Please review all information closely and look for any typos. Also, try re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing information (this often solves the issue).
Updating Billing and Shipping Addresses
It is against our company policy to update or change billing or shipping addresses. We allow updates on a case by case basis pending approval via EMAIL. Pending denial we cancel and refund any orders with incorrect information. If your order was cancelled please allow 3-5 business days for a refund excluding holidays and bank closures.
MY ORDER WON’T GO THROUGH. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you’re still receiving an error message after reviewing your credit card information, billing and shipping address, make sure you’re using the latest version of your web browser.

I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER. HOW CAN I DO THAT?
If you need to change your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within 10-14 business days due to COVID. Please email us as soon as possible to ensure your order is updated. No updates can be made to an order once it has shipped. Please contact USPS for any address changes.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS THAT WERE PURCHASED ON SALE?
All items are final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add ORDERS@BEAUTYSTRIKE.US to your safe sender list.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?
Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 48 to 72 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order. Also, if your order pops up in our system as a fraudulent charge it will be cancelled without warning to avoid a chargeback on our behalf. Please contact us if this happens. We do not cancel orders because a client or customer changed their mind.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
BEAUTY STRIKE cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
If you refuse a shipment from BEAUTY STRIKE, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to BEAUTY STRIKE. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
